Shubha Mudgal is one of India's finest Indian singer of Hindustani classical music. Her repertoire includes the genres of Khayal, Thumri and Dadra. She has received several awards and accolades for her artistic accomplishments, including the Padma Shri, awarded in 2000. In this interview she talks about her younger years, her experience of learning and her life as a musician.
