Ajay Prasanna of the Banaras Gharana is known for his strength and fluency in both the gaayaki and tantrakaari styles of playing. His first flute performance was at the Allahabad Akhil Bhartiya Sangeet Sammelan at the age of six. Music By Moods is his latest album with Saregama that has ragas for all kinds of mood, happy, sad, melancholic, romantic and is an exemplary display of the maestro’s skills.
