If there’s one organisation that is taken for granted beyond measure, it’s the Indian Army. Always on hand at the time of need, they have to live with the knowledge that a sizeable chunk of the population has less than pleasant feelings for them in Jammu and Kashmir. Some even go the extent of pelting stones at the army when they are fighting terrorists, which got a strong criticism from Army chief Rawat, but that doesn’t prevent them from helping people
